Dr Brendan J Gomez
Consulting Psychologist & Founder
Hi, I’m Brendan.
I know how hard it can be to face life’s overwhelming challenges and pain, especially when it feels like no one truly understands what you are going through. I believe that reaching out for help is one of the bravest steps you can take.
My goal is to help you find clarity, develop healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with the things that matter most to you. I am here to listen and work with you to navigate transitions, manage stress, and rebuild confidence to thrive in your life. In our sessions, we will work together to unpack your struggles, make sense of your emotions, and find practical ways to move forward. My toolkit includes cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, humanistic therapy, creative expression, positive psychology, and coaching.
Having worked with youth and adults in the United States and Malaysia, clients often tell me they feel understood, respected, and empowered in our sessions.
Taking the first step toward healing can feel intimidating, but I promise to make the journey as comfortable as possible. Whether you are a youth or adult, male or female, if you are ready to talk, I am here to listen. Together, we will work towards a better, healthier you.
