Amanda Fernandez
Professional Counselor

My goal is to co-create a safe space for you where growth is made possible.
I believe you are unique and non-replicable: created with dignity, and made to thrive, not just survive in life. And, I believe you have inherent wisdom.
We will journey together using an existential and person-centred approach, discovering meaning in changing circumstances, and learning to integrate thoughts and emotions. In my experience, these approaches and a healthy challenge (applying Ellis REBT techniques) are effective in bringing about restoration of the mind and heart.
